摘要
目的研究牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)感染对食管癌及结肠癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响,为消化道肿瘤的预防和治疗寻找新的方向。方法采用CCK8细胞增殖实验、平板克隆实验、划痕实验及Transwell侵袭实验检测Pg对食管癌KYSE150细胞及结肠癌SW620细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭的影响;采用t检验方法分析各组差异。结果在食管癌及结肠癌细胞系中,Pg感染组其体外增殖、迁移和侵袭等恶性生物学行为显著增强(P<0.05)。结论Pg感染诱导食管癌及结肠癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭增强,清除Pg可能是消化道肿瘤靶向治疗的潜在靶点之一。
Objective To study the effect of Pg infection on the proliferation,migration and invasion of esophageal and colon cancer cells,and to find a new direction for the prevention and treatment of them.Methods CCK8 cell proliferation test,plate cloning test,wound healing test and transwell invasion test were used to detect the effect of Pg on the proliferation,migration and invasion of esophageal cancer KYSE150 cells and colon cancer SW620 cells;T-test was used to analyze the differences among the groups.Results The malignant biological behaviors of proliferation,migration and invasion in vitro were significantly enhanced in Pg infected groups(P<0.05)in both esophageal and colon cancer cell lines.Conclusion Pg infection induced the proliferation,migration and invasion of esophageal and colon cancer cells,and elimination of Pg may be one of the potential targets of gastrointestinal cancer targeted therapy.
