摘要
食管癌是常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,侵袭性强、预后差。自噬通过降解回收受损的细胞器和错误折叠的蛋白质,以维持细胞内稳态。自噬的调控在肿瘤发生发展中具有重要意义,但自噬在食管癌中的作用仍存在争议。本文综述了自噬对食管癌的调控,评估了自噬标记物与食管癌的预后相关性,总结了自噬对食管癌治疗的影响,靶向自噬可能为食管癌患者提供新的治疗选择。
Esophageal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of digestive tract,with strong invasion and poor prognosis.Autophagy recovers damaged organelles and misfolded proteins through degradation to maintain intracellular homeostasis.The autophagy regulation plays an important role in tumorigenesis,but the role of autophagy in esophageal cancer is still controversial.This article reviews the autophagy regulation on esophageal cancer,evaluates the correlation between autophagy markers and the prognosis of esophageal cancer,and summarizes the impact of autophagy on the treatment of esophageal cancer.Targeted autophagy may provide new treatment options for esophageal cancer patients.
