聚乳酸水解机理及水解性能改进方法研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 聚乳酸是环保型高分子材料,但它在自然环境中的水解速率非常缓慢且是否能完全降解尚存争议。随着全球聚乳酸产量的日益增加,聚乳酸对水环境的潜在污染逐渐加剧,有关聚乳酸的水解机理及其改进方法是目前的研究热点。介绍了近年来聚乳酸及聚乳酸基复合材料的水解机理及改进方法的最新研究成果,分析了影响聚乳酸水解速率的相关因素和聚乳酸水解的可控性,总结了国内外聚乳酸水解性能的改进方法及其研究进展,为下一步改进聚乳酸基材料的水解性能提供了参考。 Polylactic acid(PLA)is an environmental friendly polymer material.However,the hydrolysis rate of PLA in natural environment is very low and whether it can be completely degraded in water is still controversial.With the increase of PLA production in the world,the potential pollution to water environment is more and more sever.As a result,the hydrolysis mechanism of PLA and its improvement methods become the focus of current research.The recent research results on the hydrolysis mechanism and improvement methods of PLA and PLA based composites were summarized.The factors affecting the PLA hydrolysis rate and the controllability of PLA hydrolysis were analyzed.The improvement methods and latest progress of PLA hydrolysis were summarized so as to provide guidance for improving the hydrolytic properties of PLA based composites.
