一种扬尘扰动设备的原理构造与电气控制系统

摘要 为深入研究道路尘土残存量与道路扬尘两者之间的关系,研发了一种在道路环境下使用的道路扬尘扰动测量设备,扬尘扰动采样器由密闭空间子系统、扰动扬尘子系统、颗粒物浓度测量子系统、气压稳定子系统、电气控制子系统5个部分组成,通过可编程控制器(PLC)驱动相关电器实现相应动作。该设备满足扰动路面尘土和快速准确测量扰动扬尘浓度值的要求。 In order to deeply study the relationship between the residual amount of road dust and road dust, a road dust disturbance measurement device used in the road environment was developed. The dust disturbance sampler is composed of five parts: the closed space subsystem, the disturbance dust subsystem, the particle concentration measurement subsystem, the air pressure stabilization subsystem, and the electrical control subsystem. Relevant electrical appliances are driven by a programmable logic controller(PLC) to achieve corresponding actions. The equipment meets the requirements of disturbing road dust and measuring the concentration value of disturbed dust quickly and accurately.
