三维环境中曲面质量评价高亮线分析与应用研究

摘要 针对目前曲线曲面质量检查手段的现状,介绍了曲线曲面理论基础和数学表达,研究了在三维产品设计装配组件中曲线曲面质量高亮线分析法的反射线、投射线、等倾线和反射轮廓线四种配置形式,并以某产品叶轮三维装配组件为例,通过四种高亮线分析形式对比分析了叶轮基座曲面的质量。 Aiming at the current situation of the quality inspection methods of curved surfaces, the theoretical basis and mathematical expressions of curved surfaces are introduced. Four highlight line configuration types, such as reflection line、projection line、isocline line、reflection contours, for evaluate the curved surface quality has been studied in the 3 D assembly environment. Taking the three-dimensional assembly assembly of a product impeller as an example, the quality of the impeller base surface was compared and analyzed through four types of high-brightness line analysis.
