摘要
为提高收割机车体零件外表面除漆效率,结合磨粒射流特点及除漆机理,提出了应用前混合磨料水射流除漆方案。试验表明:影响除漆效率的因素依次为压力、喷头横移速度、磨料浓度、靶距。除漆压力为9 MPa、横移速度为900 mm/min、磨料浓度为25%左右、靶距为70 mm时,除漆效果最好。
In order to improve the lacquer removal efficiency of the outer surface of the harvester body parts, combined with the characteristics of the abrasive jet and the paint removal mechanism, the paint removal scheme of the water jet of the mixed abrasive before application is proposed. The test shows that the influence on the paint removal efficiency is pressure, nozzle lateral speed, abrasive concentration, and target distance. The paint removal pressure is about 9 MPa, the lateral speed is about 9000 mm/min, the abrasive concentration is about 25%, and the target distance is about 70 mm, the paint removal effect is the best.
