摘要
针对螺栓数目多的连接结构仿真存在建模复杂、计算量大等问题,提出采用弹簧单元模拟螺纹连接的有限元等效模型,采用超单元法提取刚度矩阵确定弹簧刚度。以螺栓组连接为例进行有限元分析,并对实体螺纹建模与等效螺纹建模的螺栓应力、变形及螺纹载荷分布情况进行对比。结果表明:等效模型通过简化螺纹连接可以有效提高建模与计算效率,计算结果与实体螺纹建模计算结果较吻合;等效模型能够模拟螺纹连接且能较准确地反映螺纹连接的力学特性,可为诸如风电轴承螺栓等多螺栓结构仿真分析提供一种较准确、高效的计算方法。
Aiming at the problems of complex modeling and large amount of calculation in the simulation of threaded connection structures with a large number of bolts, a finite element equivalent model of threaded connection using spring elements to simulate threads is proposed, and the super-element method is used to extract the stiffness matrix to determine the spring stiffness. The finite element analysis is carried out with the bolt group as an example, and the stress, deformation and thread load distribution of the solid thread modeling and the equivalent thread modeling are compared. The results show that the equivalent model can effectively improve the modeling and calculation efficiency by simplifying the threaded connection. The calculation results are in good agreement with the solid thread results. The equivalent model can simulate the threaded connection and accurately reflect the mechanical properties of the bolted connection. It can provide a more accurate and efficient calculation method for the simulation analysis of multi-bolt structures such as wind power bearing bolts.
