复杂型面气缸盖罩的实体模型重建

摘要 为了获取型面复杂且具有配合精度要求的气缸盖罩实体化模型,对其实体模型重建方法进行了研究。首先利用Geomagic Wrap软件对气缸盖罩外形点云数据进行数据处理,再运用MEA-BP神经网络遗传算法对跨面孔洞进行修补,然后利用正逆向软件Geomagic Design X对气缸盖罩进行模型重建,最后利用计算机辅助检测软件Geomagic Control X对重构实体模型与点云进行精度检测。通过对气缸盖罩的逆向建模,探索出快速准确地还原气缸盖罩实体模型的方法,对将来同类零件的模型重建具有借鉴作用。 In order to obtain the materialized model of the cylinder head cover with complex profile and the requirement of matching accuracy, the reconstruction method of its solid model is studied. First, use Geomagic Wrap software to process the point cloud data of the cylinder head cover shape, then use the MEA-BP neural network genetic algorithm to repair the cross-face hole, then use the forward and reverse software Geomagic Design X to reconstruct the cylinder head cover model, and finally use the computer-aided inspection software Geomagic Control X performs accuracy inspection on the reconstructed solid model and point cloud. Through the reverse modeling of the cylinder head cover, a method to quickly and accurately restore the solid model of the cylinder head cover is explored, which has reference for the model reconstruction of similar parts in the future.
