摘要
基于ANSYS Workbench,通过软件中的多个模块运用多种分析方法,实现了对某叉车转向桥装配体较完整的分析校核,包括多个主要承载件。首先使用考虑接触的静力学分析方法实现了转向桥体和转向节的分析校核,接着使用刚体动力学分析方法获得油缸活塞杆、连杆和转向节等机构运动零件的最大受力,并基于最大受力实现对它们的分析校核。
In this paper, based on ANSYS Workbench, multiple analysis is carried out through multiple modules in the software, and achieve more complete analysis and verification of a forklift steering bridge assembly are realized, including a number of main bearing parts. Firstly, statics analysis method considering contact is used to analyze and check the steering axle body and steering knuckle, then the maximum force of piston rod, connecting rod and steering knuckle is obtained by rigid body dynamics analysis method, and then the maximum force is analyzed and checked based on the maximum force.
