摘要
液压油缸作为工程车辆中重要的液压元件,其连接结构的可靠性直接影响整车的性能和作业。提出了一种新型连接结构,实现了活塞与活塞杆的可拆卸安装,这个结构可以满足自动化智能装配需求。新型连接结构在保证液压油缸结构强度及寿命的同时,提高了加工效率,降低了加工及维修成本。
Hydraulic cylinder is an important hydraulic component in engineering vehicles, and the reliability of the connection structure directly affects the performance and operation of the entire vehicle. A novel connection structure is provided, which realizes the detachable installation of the piston and the piston rod, and this structure can meet the requirements of automatic intelligent assembly. The new connection structure improves the processing efficiency and reduces the processing and maintenance costs while ensuring the structural strength and service life of the hydraulic cylinder.
