摘要
主要研究了一种起重机产品用标准化栏杆的可行性技术方案,并在传统可拆卸活动栏杆的基础上设计出一种标准化栏杆的型式。该标准栏杆主体由扶手、横杆、立柱、连接管、连接板等组成,对其型材选型、高度和长度、立柱间距、栏杆片间连接型式等进行了标准化规定,尤其对栏杆与平台的连接型式进行了创新设计,实现了栏杆的标准化制作。
This paper mainly studies a feasible technical scheme of standardized railings for crane products. A type of standardized railings is designed on the basis of traditional removable movable railings. The main body of the standard balustrade is composed of handrail, cross bar, column, connecting pipe and connecting plate, etc. Those somethings standardized contains the type selection, height, length, distance of columns and connecting type between balustrade pieces, in particular, the innovative design of the connection between the railing and the platform to achieve the standardized manufacture of the railing.
