摘要
针对智能手机显示屏及玻璃盖板加工领域,通过对玻璃的材料特性、加工工艺特点的持续研究,发现了一种以磨代抛的新型减薄加工方法,可实现连续加工、辅助自动化上下料,使得加工效率大幅提升。该加工工艺适用于单元生产,也适用于连线生产,通过试做分析和与用户的深入交流,整合各工艺环节,完成了对薄脆性玻璃减薄制程新型加工工艺的设计。
In the field of smartphone display and glass cover processing, through continuous research on the material properties and processing characteristics of glass, a new thinning processing method using grinding instead of polishing was discovered. Its processing process can realize continuous and auxiliary automatic loading and unloading, which greatly improves the processing efficiency. The processing technology can be produced in unit or in line. Through trial analysis and in-depth communication with users, the design of a new processing technology for thinning process of thin brittle glass is completed by integrating various process links.
