摘要
随着我国国民经济的快速发展,市场对超长跨距起重机的需求越来越大。通过对常规起重机主梁制造工艺的改进、创新,提出一种超长跨距起重机主梁的制造工艺。主梁先整体制造,再切割成两段转运、喷砂、涂装,最后再拼接成整体进行加工、装配、调试,解决了生产条件、运输条件的局限性。通过实际制造证明了其可行性、实用性,为超长跨距起重机的制造提供了一种可借鉴的新思路,可为相关的制造商和用户创造更大的经济效益。
With the rapid development of my country’s national economy, the market demand for ultra-long span cranes is increasing. Through the improvement and innovation of the manufacturing process of the conventional crane main beam, a manufacturing process of the super long span crane main beam is studied. The main beam is first manufactured as a whole, then cut into two sections for transportation, sandblasting and painting, and finally spliced into a whole for processing, assembly and debugging, which solves the limitations of production conditions and transportation conditions. Prove its feasibility and practicability through actual manufacturing, provide a new idea for the manufacture of ultra-long span cranes, and create greater economic benefits for related manufacturers and users.
