摘要
针对某电机轴承座零件制造智能化程度低、生产效率低、生产成本高的问题,提出了一种适用于底座类零件智能制造车间的解决方案,设计了一套智能制造生产线系统。首先对轴承座零件进行了数控加工工艺分析及智能生产线工艺流程分析,设计了生产线的二维布局图并构建了三维实体模型,然后通过Visual One虚拟调试仿真软件和西门子博图软件实现了生产线的仓储取料、自动上料、数控加工、检测识别等生产环节的智能控制。该生产线实现了零件制造过程的信息化、数字化和智能化,有效提高了企业的生产效率、降低了成本,为企业同类产品智能制造生产线改造提供了参考。
In view of a motor bearing seat parts low manufacturing intelligent degree, low production efficiency, high production costs, a solution for intelligent manufacturing workshop of base parts is provided, and a set of intelligent manufacturing line system is designed. Firstly, the NC machining process analysis and the intelligent production line process analysis are carried out on the parts of the bearing block, and the two-dimensional layout drawing and three-dimensional solid model of the production line are designed, then, the intelligent control of the production links such as storage and pick-up, automatic feeding, NC machining, detection and identification is realized by Visual One virtual debugging simulation software and Siemens Portal Software. This production line has realized the informationization, digitization and intellectualization of the parts manufacturing process, effectively improved the production efficiency, reduced the cost, and provided the reference for the similar products intelligent manufacturing production line transformation of the enterprise.
