摘要
将智能化技术应用于板材剪切线上,针对横切定位剪切系统建立了自动定位模型。开卷机采用了机器人系统,自动定位采用双闭环控制系统,传动系统采用PWM调速系统,将自动定位控制原理应用于板材自动定长剪切系统,通过对剪切线速度、夹送辊速度、加速度等的分析试验研究,改进了自动定位剪切控制模型和降速点计算模型。实际应用表明:该模型充分发挥了传动系统和设备的能力,提高了剪切效率,剪切精度由±2 mm提高到小于±0.5 mm,具有智能制造示范作用。
The intelligent technology is applied to the plate cutting line, and an automatic orientation model is established for the cross-cutting positioning cutting system.The uncoiler adopts a robot system, the automatic orientation adopts a double closed-loop control system, and the drive system adopts a PWM speed regulation system. The principle of automatic orientation control is applied to the plate automatic cutto-length cutting system. Through the analysis and experimental research on the cut-to-length line speed, pinch roll speed, acceleration, etc.,the automatic orientation cutting control model and the calculation model of deceleration point are improved. The practical application shows that the model gives full play to the ability of the drive system and equipment, improves the cutting efficiency, and improves the cutting accuracy from ±2 mm to less than ±0.5 mm. It has the demonstration role of intelligent manufacturing.
