摘要
为了提高选煤厂调度绞车的稳定性,避免压绳、咬绳等现象发生,比较分析了各类排绳装置的技术要点和优缺点。首先,对调度绞车的结构和工作原理进行了分析;其次,分析了调度绞车安装排绳装置的必要性;最后,对手动方式、自动力方式、气动方式和液压方式的排绳装置进行了比较。
In order to improve the stability of dispatching winch in coal preparation plant and avoid rope pressing and rope biting, the technical points, advantages and disadvantages of various rope arrangement devices are compared and analyzed. Firstly, the structure and working principle of the dispatching winch are analyzed. Secondly, the necessity of installing the rope arrangement device of the dispatching winch is analyzed. Finally, the rope arrangement devices of manual mode, automatic force mode, pneumatic mode and hydraulic mode are compared.
