摘要
桥式起重机是一种应用广泛的物料搬运设备,螺栓连接是起重机械最常用的连接方式之一,但螺栓连接在设备运行过程中容易出现松动,因此螺栓防松一直是一个难题。针对桥式起重机的螺栓防松问题,从常用的螺栓防松方法入手,结合起重机各部件工作环境进行了简要分析,针对具体的部位和工作环境提出了有效的螺栓防松方法,并经过试验,取得良好的效果。
The Bridge crane is a widely used material handling equipment. Bolt connection is the most commonly used connection mode of hoisting machinery.However, bolt connection is easy to loosen during equipment operation, so bolt locking has always been a difficult problem. Aiming at the problem of anti-loosening bolts of bridge cranes, starting from the commonly used methods of preventing bolts from loosening, combined with the working environment of each component of the crane, a brief analysis was carried out. According to the specific parts and working environment, an effective bolt anti-loosening method is proposed, and good results have been obtained through tests.
