超厚大跨度悬挑转换结构施工的应用研究

摘要 随着斯里兰卡建筑行业发展,异形地块逐渐增多,为保证建筑设计的完整性,非悬挑或悬挑转换层结构日趋增多,对建筑施工的安全及成本影响巨大,是项目的重大风险项。结合斯里兰卡Tri–Zen公寓楼设计–施工项目工程实例,介绍贝雷梁支撑平台和混凝土分层浇筑在转换层结构施工的应用,为后续同类项目的成本、安全控制提供了参考经验和实践支撑。 With the development of Sri Lanka’s construction industry and the increase of special-shaped plots, in order to ensure the integrity of architectural design, non cantilever or cantilever transfer floor structures are increasing day by day, which has a great impact on the safety and cost of construction and is a major risk item of the project. Combined with the engineering example of Tri-Zen Development Residential Project in Sri Lanka, this paper introduces the application of Bailey beam support platform and concrete layered pouring in the construction of transfer floor structure, which provides reference experience and practical support for the cost and safety control of subsequent similar projects.
