星河雅宝项目超厚Q390GJC钢板全位置焊接技术

摘要 伸臂桁架是目前我国超高层最常用的结构之一,伸臂桁架钢节点复杂,用钢量大且钢板厚,节点焊接位置包含平焊、横焊、立焊和仰焊,焊接难度大,根据不同焊接位置制订相应的焊接工艺,制订满足现场施工工艺要求的焊接参数,并对焊接质量检查结果进行阐述说明。 The outrigger truss is one of the most commonly used structures for super high-rise buildings in my country. The outrigger truss steel joints are complex, the amount of steel used is large and the steel plate is thick. The welding positions of the joints include flat welding, horizontal welding, vertical welding and overhead welding, and the welding is difficult. According to different welding positions, the corresponding welding process is formulated, the welding parameters that meet the requirements of the on-site construction process are formulated,and the welding quality inspection results are explained.
