摘要
在模板施工过程中,根据工艺的需要及对拉螺杆的间距,需要在整张模板上打孔,一般间距为400~600 mm,进行模板的加固,每张模板上要开10个左右的孔,降低了模板的强度,增加了模板的损耗,模板的周转利用也随之降低,同时对完成的施工产品也造成一定的影响,通过对模板穿孔的位置及加固工艺进行改进为模板不穿孔,有效提高了模板的周转利用率及产品质量。
In the construction of building engineering, the application of formwork is indispensable, if there is no formwork to restrain the concrete, then the flowing concrete will not form the plastic concrete, and will not form the various components required by the drawings, so as not to form the product that people need. In the process of formwork construction, according to the technological requirements and the distance between the pulling screws, it is necessary to punch holes in the whole formwork, generally the distance is between 400 mm and 600mm, to reinforce the formwork, about 10 holes should be opened in each formwork, which reduces the strength of the formwork, the loss of formwork is increased, the turnover of formwork is reduced, and the finished construction products are also affected. In this paper, the location of formwork perforation and the reinforcement technology are improved to form non-perforation, the utility model effectively improves the turnover utilization ratio of the template and the product quality.
