摘要
在多楼栋项目中的塔式起重机不仅要考虑材料吊运、自身拆装,还要考虑与相邻塔式起重机与结构的位置关系,如果施工进度变动,极有可能存在塔楼主体结构施工与相邻塔式起重机大臂冲突的问题。以深圳市宝安区海峦坊项目为例,介绍塔楼与塔式起重机冲突时的塔式起重机优化方案及施工流程。通过采取塔式起重机减臂的措施,避让已经施工至标准层的相邻主体结构,保证项目施工安全及进度。介绍减臂吊装过程中的吊装机械材料选型及施工流程,也为相似项目提供参考。
Tower cranes have a great influence on project construction. the reasonable arrangement and construction optimization of tower cranes are one of the key points to ensure the construction period. In a multibuilding project, the tower crane must not only consider material lifting, disassembly and assembly, but also the positional relationship with the adjacent tower crane and the structure. If the construction progress changes, it is very likely that the construction of the main structure of the tower tower and the adjacent tower crane will be too large.arm conflict. taking the Hailuanfang project in Bao’an District, Shenzhen as an example, this paper introduces the tower crane optimization plan and construction process when there is a conflict between the tower and the tower crane. By adopting the measures of reducing the arm of the tower crane, the adjacent main structure that has been constructed to the standard floor is avoided to ensure the safety and progress of the project construction. this paper introduces the material selection and construction process of hoisting machinery in the process of hoisting with reduced arm, and also provides reference for similar projects.
