摘要
混凝土质量直接影响到市域铁路运行的安全性和舒适性。依托温州市域铁路S2线工程实际,通过现场调研和统计分析法,对市域铁路桥梁、明挖隧道、盾构隧道、矿山法隧道的混凝土质量问题进行分析;以桥墩混凝土质量管控为例,介绍了混凝土质量针对性管控措施。结果表明:高架结构桥墩混凝土外观质量的主要问题是色差明显和冷缝;明挖隧道混凝土外观质量的主要问题是混凝土裂缝和渗漏水;盾构隧道混凝土外观质量的主要问题是内衬错台、蜂窝麻面;矿山法隧道混凝土外观质量的主要问题是初期支护局部喷射混凝土厚度不足;采用强化人员管理、提升材料性能、优化施工工艺等管控措施后,桥墩混凝土质量得到大幅提升。
Relying on the actual situation of the S2 line of Wenzhou urban railway, this paper analyzes the concrete quality problems of urban railway bridges, open cut tunnels, shield tunnels and mine tunnels through onsite investigation and statistical analysis. Targeted control measures for concrete quality. The results show that the main problems of concrete appearance quality of viaduct piers are obvious color difference and cold joints;the main problems of concrete appearance quality of open cut tunnels are concrete cracks and water leakage;the main problems of shield tunnel concrete appearance quality are lining staggered, honeycomb pockmarked surface;the main problem of the concrete appearance quality of the mining method tunnel is the insufficient thickness of the local shotcrete of the initial support;after adopting control measures such as strengthening personnel management,improving material performance, and optimizing the construction process, the quality of bridge pier concrete has been greatly improved.
