正确认识和把握经济增长与收入分配的深层次关系

Properly Understanding the Relationship between Economic Growth and Income Distribution

收入分配与经济增长的关系一直是经济学研究与关注的核心议题。西方经济学界对收入分配与经济增长的关系进行了多角度、多层次的理论分析与实证研究,形成了观点各异的学派,提出了多种不同乃至相左的观点和政策主张。在综合分析各种理论观点和实证研究成果基础上,以马克思主义政治经济学的扩大再生产理论为指导,可从积累与消费的比例关系、要素收入分配结构、收入分配差距和收入分配不平等四个层次正确把握收入分配与经济增长的关系。同时,结合我国实际对投资率(消费率)倒U型演变、要素收入分配结构U型演变的内在规律及其机制,以及收入差距倒U型演变的机理与影响因素进行实证分析,从消费需求发展规律角度,阐明收入差距变化对消费需求、产业发展与经济增长的影响机理。建议从改革制约收入分配公平公正的体制与机制着手,优化调整收入分配格局、处理好收入分配与经济增长关系。

The relationship between income distribution and economic growth has been the core topic of economics research.Western economics has conducted theoretical analysis and empirical research on the relationship between income distribution and economic growth from multiple perspectives and levels,forming different schools of thought and putting forward a variety of different and even contradictory views and policy proposals.Based on the comprehensive analysis of various theoretical views and empirical research fndings,and taking the expanded reproduction theory of Marxist political economy as the guide,the relationship between income distribution and economic growth can be correctly understood at four levels:the proportional relationship between accumulation and consumption,factor income distribution structure,income distribution gap and income distribution inequality.At the same time,empirical analysis is conducted on the inner law and its mechanism of inverted U-shaped evolution of investment rate(consumption rate),U-shaped evolution of factor income distribution structure,as well as the mechanism and influencing factors of inverted U-shaped evolution of income disparity.In addition,this research elaborates on the influencing mechanism of income disparity changes on consumption demand,industrial development and economic growth from the perspective of the law of consumption demand development.It is recommended to reform the institutions and mechanisms that restrict the fairness and equity of income distribution,adjust the pattern of income distribution optimally,and properly handle the relationship between income distribution and economic growth.
