摘要
阳和汤出自清代王洪绪的《外科证治全生集》,是治疗阴疽的经典方,具有扶正祛邪,标本兼治的功效。阳和汤的疗效确切,组方精妙,深受广大医者的青睐。现代临床研究表明,阳和汤广泛应用于治疗外科、内科、妇科、儿科、皮肤科、男科、骨科等各类疾病中,均有显著疗效。通过查阅文献进行梳理,综述近6年来阳和汤的最新研究进展,为其更好地应用于临床和实验研究提供支撑。
Yanghe Decoction(阳和汤) is from WANG Hongxu’s Surgery Syndrome and Treatment Collection.It is a classic prescription for treating Yin gangrene.It has the effects of strengthening the body and removing the evil and treating both the symptoms and the root causes.The curative effect of Yanghe Decoction is accurate.The prescription is exquisite,and it is favored by many doctors.Modern clinical research shows that Yanghe Decoction is widely used in the treatment of various diseases such as surgery,internal medicine,gynecology,pediatrics,dermatology,andrology,orthopedics,etc.All have significant effects.This article reviewed the latest research progress of Yanghe Decoction in the past 6 years by consulting the literature,providing the support for its better application in clinical and experimental research.
