白前化学成分和药理活性研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacology of Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix)

目的 对白前的化学成分与药理作用的研究进行综述,为其深入开发与利用提供参考。方法 在CNKI、SciFinder、PubMed、Web of science等数据库中查询了1981年1月—2021年4月近40年年发表的白前相关文献,对白前的化学成分及药药理作用进行归纳总结。结果与结论 白前是萝藦科植物柳叶白前Cynanchum stauntonii(Decne.) Schltr.ex Levi.或芫花叶白前Cynanchum glaucescens(Decne.) Hand.-Mazz.的干燥根茎和根,其主要化学成分包括C_(21)甾体皂苷类、挥发油类、三萜类、黄酮类、苯乙酮及其衍生物类、甾醇类、木脂素类等,药理活性主要有镇咳祛痰、抗炎镇痛、抗肿瘤、抗血栓、消化系统作用、抗感染抗病毒等。但国内外对白前的报道还是相对集中地聚焦于研究白前的甾体皂苷类的化学成分及药理作用,为了更好地开发和利用白前资源,有必要进一步挖掘其他化学成分的功效,同时深入研究C_(21)甾体皂苷类化合物药理作用、作用机制及构效关系等。

Objective To review the research progress of chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of traditional Chinese medicine Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix).Methods In CNKI,SciFinder,PubMed and Web of science other databases,the related literatures published from January 1981 to April 2021 were collected and the chemical constituents pharmacological actions of Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix) were summarized.Results and Conclusion Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix) is dried rhizomes and roots of Liuye Baiqian[Cynanchum stauntonii(Decne.) Schltr.ex Levi.] and Yuanhuaye Baiqian[Cynanchum glaucescens(Decne.) Hand-Mazz.] of the family Asclepiadaceae.The main chemical constituents were C_(21) steroidal saponins,volatile oils,triterpenoids,flavonoids,phenyl ethyl ketones and their derivatives,sterols,lignan compounds and so on.Pharmacological activities mainly include antitussive and expectorant,anti-inflammatory and analgesic,anti-tumor,antithrombotic,digestive system,anti infection and anti-virus effects.However,there are still relatively few research reports on Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix) at home and abroad,and most of them focus on the chemical composition and pharmacological effects of steroidal saponins in Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix).In order to better develop and utilize Baiqian(Cynanchi Stauntonii Rhizoma Et Radix) resources,it is necessary to further explore its chemical components,in-depth study of the pharmacological effects,mechanism of action and structure-activity relationship of C_(21) steroidal saponins.
