Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis of Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa)from Different Producing Areas Based on Mid-Infrared Spectroscopy

摘要 目的基于中红外光谱技术建立不同产地地黄的定性和定量模型。方法采集不同产地地黄样品的中红外光谱,高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷和地黄苷D含量,结合判别分析及逐步多元线性回归法分别建立不同产地地黄样品的定性和定量分析模型。结果定性分析中,所建立的定性模型能有效区分不同产地地黄样品;定量分析中,建立了地黄梓醇、毛蕊花糖苷及地黄苷D含量的定量模型,经验证,所建模型预测效果良好。结论所建立的定性和定量模型稳定、客观,可为不同产地地黄品质的快速评价提供依据。 Objective Qualitative and quantitative models of Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa) from different producing areas were established based on mid-infrared spectroscopy.Methods The contents of Catalpol,Verbascoside and Rehmannioside D were determined by HPLC.The qualitative and quantitative analysis models of Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa) samples from different producing areas were established by discriminant analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression.Results In qualitative analysis,the established qualitative model can effectively distinguish Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa) samples from different producing areas.In the quantitative analysis,the quantitative models for the contents of Catalpol,Verbascoside and Rehmannioside D in Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa) were established.Conclusion The established qualitative and quantitative models are stable and objective,which can provide a basis for rapid evaluation of Dihuang(Rehmannia glutinosa) quality in different producing areas.
