基于作用机制探讨中药复方与生物制剂治疗类风湿关节炎概况 被引量:5

Summary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Compound and Biological Preparations for Rheumatoid Arthritis Base on Action Mechanism

摘要 类风湿关节炎(RA)是风湿科常见病与多发病,目前重症及难治性RA现代医学多使用生物制剂进行治疗,临床疗效确切但存在较大局限性。中医药治疗RA显示出了较好的效果,但机制尚不明确。从作用机制角度出发,通过分析与总结近年来研究成果,发现生物制剂与中药复方均能通过调控细胞因子(TNF-α、IL-6、IL-1、IL-17等)与免疫细胞(T细胞、B细胞)治疗RA,且中药复方具有多途径、多靶点、多环节的优势,可以结合疾病临床特点从整体上把握病情,安全性高,不良反应少。并由此展望中西医结合治疗RA的可行性,以期为临床及研究提供参考与借鉴。 Rheumatoid arthritis(RA) is a common disease in the Department of Rheumatology.At present,biological agents are mostly used for the treatment of severe and refractory rheumatoid arthritis(RA),which has definite clinical effect but there are great limitations.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has shown good effects in the treatment of RA,but the mechanism remains unclear.We have found that both biological agents and TCM compound can treat RA by regulating cytokines[tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin 6(IL-6),interleukin 1(IL-1),interleukin 17(IL-17),and so on] and immune cells(T cells,B cells) from the perspective of action mechanism,through the analysis and summary of research results in recent years.In addition,TCM compound has the advantages of multi-channel,multi-target and multi-links,which can be combined with the clinical characteristics of the disease to grasp the overall condition.It has high safety and less side effects.Therefore,the feasibility of the treatment of RA with the integration of TCM and Western medicine was prospected so as to provide reference for clinical and research.
