摘要 基于上皮间充质转化(epithelial mesenchymal transformation,EMT)探讨特发性肺纤维化的相关络病理论,应用络病理论认识肺脏生理功能,通过整理肺纤维化的中医及西医病理机制,从络病角度下提出“气络成积、血络瘀阻”肺纤维化的病理基础,充分解读了络积、络瘀两种病理演变过程,并结合上皮间充质转化病理状态进行论述,将“化积、行气、活血、通络”治疗原则作为肺纤维化的络病治疗理论,为中医治疗肺纤维化的络病理论发展奠定基础,为临床防治肺纤维化提供思路与方法。 Based on epithelial mesenchymal transformation(EMT),the article discussed the collateral disease theory related to idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF),applied the collateral disease theory to understand the physiological function of the lung,arranged the pathological mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine of pulmonary fibrosis.It put forward the pathological basis of “accumulation in Qi collateral and stasis in blood collateral” from the perspective of collateral disease theory,and fully interpreted the two pathological evolution processes of collateral accumulation and collateral blood stasis,combined with the pathological state of EMT.The treatment principle of “transforming accumulation,promoting Qi,activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals” is taken as the collateral disease treatment theory of pulmonary fibrosis,which lays a foundation for the development of collateral disease theory of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and provides ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
