黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减对功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍胃肠激素、炎性因子的变化研究

Effect of Huangqi Jianzhong decoction(黄芪建中汤) Combined with Zhishi Xiaopi Pill(枳实消痞丸) on Gastrointestinal Hormones and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia with Sleeping Disorder

目的 研究黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减对功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍患者胃肠激素、炎性因子的变化影响。方法 选取医院2019年1月—2021年2月收治的经《功能性胃肠病罗马Ⅲ诊断标准》诊断为功能性消化不良,且匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)总分≥8分的患者92例,采用随机数字法分为两组。对照组46例给予常规对症治疗,观察组46例加用黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减治疗。比较两组疗效、安全性,记录两组胃肠激素、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及PSQI评分、生活质量(SF-36)评分的变化。结果 观察组的临床痊愈占2例,显效占16例,有效占24例,总有效率达91.30%(42/46),高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前胃肠激素、CGRP、IL-6及PSQI评分、SF-36评分组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后CGRP和SF-36评分高于对照组,胃泌素(GAS)、生长抑素(SS)、IL-6和PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组在胃肠不适、头晕、皮疹等不良反应方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 黄芪建中汤合枳实消痞丸加减治疗功能性消化不良伴睡眠障碍可调节胃肠激素、炎性因子的表达水平,改善睡眠质量,提高生活质量。

Objective To study the effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction(黄芪建中汤) and Zhishi Xiaopi Pill(枳实消痞丸) on the changes of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors in patients with functional dyspepsia and sleep disorders.Methods A total of 92 patients who were diagnosed as functional dyspepsia by the Functional Gastrointestinal Disease Rome III Diagnostic Criteria and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI) total score≥8 were selected from the hospital from January 2019 to February 2021.By using the random number method,the patients were divided into two groups.Forty-six cases in the control group were given conventional symptomatic treatment and the other 46 cases in the observation group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction and Zhishi Xiaopi Pill.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were compared,and the changes of gastrointestinal hormones,calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),PSQI score,and quality of life(SF-36) score in the two groups were recorded.Results In the observation group,2 cases were clinically cured,16 cases were markedly effective,and 24 cases were effective.The total effective rate was 91.30%(42/46),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(P0.05).The scores of CGRP and SF-36 in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of gastrin(GAS),somatostatin(SS),IL-6 and PSQI score were lower than those of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction combined with Zhishi Xiaopi Pill in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with sleep disorders can regulate the expression levels of gastrointestinal hormones and inflammatory factors,and improve the quality of sleep and the quality of life.
