草乌与瓜蒌配伍前后草乌生物碱含量的变化研究 被引量:1

Changes of Alkaloid Content in Caowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) before and after Compatibility with Gualou(Trichosanthis Fructus)

摘要 目的 研究生、制草乌与瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌子、天花粉配伍前后生物碱成分含量的变化。方法 采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)法测定配伍前后草乌中苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头碱、新乌头碱、乌头碱、次乌头碱6种有毒生物碱的含量变化。结果 通过SPSS单因素方差分析,生草乌与瓜蒌皮配伍双酯型生物碱降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与瓜蒌子配伍苯甲酰新乌头碱含量升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其它成分均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与天花粉配伍除苯甲酰次乌头原碱外其它成分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。制草乌与瓜蒌皮配伍双酯型生物碱含量增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与瓜蒌子配伍除新乌头碱含量降低(P<0.05),其他各成分均升高(P<0.05)且变化,差异都具有统计学意义;与天花粉配伍除新乌头碱降低(P<0.05),其他成分差异均无统计学意义。结论 生草乌与瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌子、天花粉配伍不会增强毒性;制草乌与瓜蒌皮、瓜蒌子配伍毒性增强,与天花粉配伍不会增强毒性。 Objective To study the changes of alkaloid content before and after compatibility of Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) and Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta) with Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium),Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen) and Tianhuafen(Trichosanthes Radix).Method The HPLC method was used to determine the content changes of six toxic alkaloids including benzoylmesaconitine,benzoylaconitine,benzoylhypaconitine,mesaconitine,aconitine and hypaconitine in Caowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) before and after compatibility.Results By SPSS single factor analysis of variance,the content of diester alkaloids of Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) in the compatibility of Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium) was decreased(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference.The content of benzoylneoaconitine was significantly increased in the compatibility of Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference while other components significantly decreased(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference.Except the content of benzoylhypaconine,the other components in Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) had significance in the compatibility of Tianhuafen(Trichosanthes Radix)(P<0.05).The content of diester alkaloids in Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta) was increased in the compatibility of Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium)(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference.Except that the content of aconitine was decreased(P<0.05),the contents of other components were increased in Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta) in the compatibility of Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen)(P<0.05) and the changes had significant differences.The content of mesaconitine in Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta) in the compatibility of Tianhuafen(Trichosanthes Radix) was decreased(P<0.05) and there was a significant difference,all the other components changes had no significant difference.Conclusion The compatibility of Shengcaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) with Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium),Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen) and Tianhuafen(Trichosanthes Radix) would not enhance the toxicity.The toxicity of Zhicaowu(Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix Cocta) was enhanced when combined with Gualoupi(Trichosanthis Pericarpium) and Gualouzi(Trichosanthis Semen),but it was not enhanced when combined with Tianhuafen(Trichosanthes Radix).
