摘要
为研究分流叶片的周向位置对氢燃料涡轮增程器的高速离心压气机叶轮性能的影响,利用CFD对5种不同周向位置的分流叶片的离心压气机进行数值模拟分析。结果显示,分流叶片的周向位置对离心压气机性能影响明显,分流叶片两侧通道内流场情况差异较大;分流叶片适当靠近主叶片吸力面侧时,效率提升明显。
In this article,in order to explore the influence of circumferential position of the splitter blade on the high-speed centrifugal compressor of the hydrogen fuel turbine range extender,CFD is adopted to carry out numerical analysis on 5 kinds of centrifugal compressor impellers with different circumferential positions.The results show that the circumferential position of the splitter blade has a significant impact on the centrifugal compressor’s performance and the flow-field difference in the channels on both sides of the splitter blade becomes greater.When the splitter blade gets close to the suction side of the main blade,efficiency increases significantly.
