摘要 为将模糊的客户需求更好地体现到产品功能特征中,提出一种基于区间中智AHP和FAST的区间中智QFD产品创新设计方法。采用KJ法对用户诉求进行分析,构建用户需求层次结构模型,利用区间中智AHP减少决策中的主观性,以获得需求权重;利用专家知识将需求转换为产品功能特征,结合FAST将功能结构化,进而得到产品功能设计要素;将需求要素和功能设计要素导入区间中智QFD模型中,并计算功能设计要素权重,以指导设计。以医疗废物暂存设备为例,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。结果表明:基于区间中智AHP和FAST的区间中智QFD产品创新设计方法有利于排除设计流程中的不确定性与模糊性,可准确挖掘顾客期望与设计要求,为企业产品开发决策提供参考。 In order to integrate ambiguous customer requirements into the functional features of the product,an interval valued neutrosophic QFD method for innovative product design was proposed based on interval valued neutrosophic AHP and FAST.User requirements were analyzed using KJ method to construct a hierarchical model.Neutrosophic AHP method was adopted to reduce the subjectivity in decision-making.Thus the weight of user requirements was obtained.The expert knowledge was used to transform requirements into product functional features.The functions were structured in combination with FAST method,so as to obtain the product functional design factors.The requirement factors and functional design factors were imported into the neutrosophic QFD model.The weights of the functional design factors were calculated to guide design.Taking the medical waste temporary storage equipment as an example,the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method were verified.The results showed that the interval valued neutrosophic QFD method for innovative product design based on interval valued neutrosophic AHP and FAST was conducive to eliminate the uncertainty and subjectivity in the design process.The customer expectations and design requirements could be accurately identified.This could provide references for enterprise product development decision-making.
