老年人健康管理产品设计研究

Design research of health management products for the elderly

为科学合理地管理老年人健康生活,通过老龄人群的生理与心理特征研究现状,以家用药箱为例,从用户需求出发,基于质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)理论探讨老年人智慧健康管理产品设计。在用户调研基础上,运用KJ法获得关于老年家用药箱用户需求层次等级表;引入层次分析法分析老年家用药箱设计中的重点功能目标,将重点需求转化为相应的设计特征并进行实例验证。研究结果表明:在老龄化的背景下,智能技术能够有效帮助老人获得更高质量的生活。从老龄人群特征和老年人家用健康管理产品现状入手,以家用药箱为例,构建家用药箱设计质量屋,并运用在药箱设计中,通过模糊综合评价法对药箱进行满意度评价,为智慧健康养老的相关产品设计提供参考。

In order to manage healthy life of the elderly scientifically and reasonably,taking the household medicine box as an example from user requirement,the design of intelligent health management products for the elderly was discussed based on the theory of Quality Function Deployment(QFD) from user requirements based on the research status of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly population.KJ method was used to obtain user requirement hierarchy about the elderly household medicine box based on user survey.The analytic hierarchy method was introduced to analyze the key functional objectives in the design of the elderly household medicine box.The key requirements were transformed into corresponding design features and verified by examples.The results showed that in the context of aging,intelligent technology could effectively help the elderly to achieve a higher quality of life.Based on the characteristics of the elderly population and the current situation of home health management products for the elderly,the home medicine box was taken as an example to construct the design quality room of home medicine box,and applies it to the design of the medicine box.The satisfaction evaluation of the medicine box was carried out through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which could provide references for the design of smart and healthy aged care related products.
