偏差电量考核机制下售电公司优化调度研究 被引量:3

摘要 偏差电量考核是影响售电公司收益的重要因素,含储能的售电公司能够通过调度能源来减少偏差电量。针对具有配网运营权的售电公司,以冷热电联产系统为基础,联合风光和储能构建售电公司自身的产能系统。在日偏差电量考核机制下,以售电公司收益最大化为目标,利用产能系统多能互补和储能的能量时间转移特性,构建了售电公司日前购电和实时滚动优化调度模型,采用非线性遗传算法进行求解。以南方某售电公司的数据为例进行的仿真结果表明:所提出的模型与优化调度策略,可有效降低售电公司在偏差考核上的支出和初投资成本,提升售电公司的经济效益。 Energy deviation penalty is an important factor affecting the profit of electricity retailers.Retail electricity companies with energy storage can reduce the energy deviation by dispatching energy.The electricity retailers with the right to operate the electric power distribution network can build their own energy production system based on CCHP system and combined with wind,solar and energy storage.Under the daily energy deviation evaluation mechanism,in order to maximize the profit of electricity retailers,the multi-energy complementation of energy production system and the time-shift characteristic of energy storage were used to build a day-ahead electricity purchase and real-time rolling optimization scheduling model of retail electricity company.And then the non-linear genetic algorithm was adopted to solve the model.This simulation was based on the data of a retail electricity company in southern China.Simulation results show that the designed model and optimized strategy can effectively reduce the expenditure of the electricity retailers on energy deviation penalty and the initial investment,thus improving the economic benefits.
