摘要
设计了一种封闭式开关柜内微型双视红外测温在线检测方法。构建以IP网络为中心的封闭式开关柜的在线监测总体结构,利用由红外温度传感器和可见光测温传感器构成的双视云台采集温度信号,结合可见光信号分析获取温度异常值,对温度异常情况发出报警提示。实验结果表明,该方法对封闭式开关柜温度监测效果不受滤光环境影响,温度监测精度高,对输出信号的去噪效果明显,温度监测受环境温度影响较小。
An on-line detection method of micro dual view infrared temperature measurement in closed switchgear is designed. The overall structure of on-line monitoring of closed switchgear centered on IP network is constructed. The double view PTZ composed of infrared temperature sensor and visible light temperature sensor is used to collect the temperature signal, obtain the abnormal temperature value combined with the analysis of visible light signal, and send an alarm prompt for the abnormal temperature. The experimental results show that the temperature monitoring effect of this method is not affected by the filter environment, the temperature monitoring accuracy is high, the denoising effect of the output signal is obvious, and the temperature monitoring is less affected by the ambient temperature.
