摘要
混凝是水处理最重要的环节之一,主要通过添加混凝剂来实现对原水的预处理。混凝剂的投放量对水厂成本和出水水质影响很大,而目前的混凝剂投加量在大多数情况下都难以满足实际的过程处理需求,水处理效率低和水质不达标的现象频繁发生。因此,本文针对混凝过程的非线性、大时滞等特点,提出了一种基于模糊PID算法的混凝剂添加量计算方法,提出了智能加药控制器控制系统结构,建立PID参数自调整的推理规则,实现混凝过程药剂添加的稳定控制。仿真实验结果表明本文设计的智能控制器具有较好的控制性能。
Coagulation is one of the most important steps in water treatment process. This process mainly realizes the pretreatment of raw water by adding coagulants. The dosage of coagulant has a great impact on the cost of water plant and effluent quality. However, the current dosage of coagulant is difficult to meet the actual process treatment needs in most cases, resulting in the frequent occurrence of low water treatment efficiency and substandard water quality.Therefore, according to the characteristics of nonlinearity and large time delay in the coagulation process, a calculation method of coagulant addition based on Fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed to realize the stable control of reagent addition in the coagulation process. The control system structure of intelligent dosing controller is proposed, and the reasoning rules of PID parameter self-tuning are established. The results of simulation experiments show that the intelligent controller designed in this paper has good control performance.
