Development and Application of Electronic Operation Ticket Management System for Oil Product Sales Enterprises

以油品销售企业为研究对象,提出了基于互联网技术和协同管理工作平台的电子作业票管理系统建设思路,介绍了系统架构、流程设计、功能开发等内容。应用实践表明,电子作业票管理系统有效解决了销售企业人员资质审核不严格、作业票办理不规范、作业风险识别不到位和安全措施不落实等问题,实现了直接作业环节的信息化、标准化、合规化管理,为下一步销售企业电子作业票的推广和应用提供借鉴和参考。

With oil sales enterprises as the research object,this paper put forward the construction idea of electronic operation ticket management system based on Internet technology and collaborative management platform,and introduced the system architecture,process design,function development and other contents.The application practice showed that the electronic work ticket management system had effectively solved the problems of lax qualification review of sales enterprise personnel,non-standard handling of work tickets,inadequate identification of work risks and incomplete implementation of safety measures,and realized the informatization,standardization and compliance management of direct work links,providing reference and reference for the promotion and application of electronic operation tickets in sales enterprises in the next stage.
