摘要
教育部自2017年开展师范类专业认证五年来,开启了教师教育的新阶段,密集出台的一系列教师教育发展政策,为地方师范院校提供了一次重大发展机遇。如何精准把握政策红利,深刻领会认证“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念要旨,及时从被动“跟跑”转变为主动“领跑”,考验着地方师范院校的决心和智慧。而轰轰烈烈的“新师范”建设、“一流本科专业”建设、“新文科”建设,也为认证视域下地方师范院校的发展提供了路径借鉴和启示。
In the five years since the Ministry of Education launched the accreditation of teacher training majors in 2017,it has opened a new stage of teacher education.A series of teacher education development policies have been intensively introduced,providing a major development opportunity for local normal colleges and universities.How to accurately grasp the policy dividends,deeply understand the concept of“student-centered,output-oriented,continuous improvement”,and change from passive“following”to active“leading”in a timely manner,tests the determination and wisdom of local normal colleges and universities.The vigorous construction of“new normal”,“first-class undergraduate majors”,and“new liberal arts”also provides a path for reference and inspiration for the development of local normal colleges and universities from the perspective of accreditation.
