柴归汤辅助优甲乐治疗桥本甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Chaigui Decoction and Euthyrox in Treating Hashimoto Thyroiditis and Hypothyroidism

目的 分析甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者采用柴归汤辅助优甲乐治疗的干预效果。方法 选择近1年(2021年1月至2022年2月)本院收治的甲状腺炎甲状腺功能减退患者50例。将采用柴归汤+优甲乐治疗的25例作为观察组,单独采用优甲乐治疗的25例患者作为对照组,对比两组临床疗效。结果 治疗后,观察组甲状腺功能中TSH、FT3、FT4水平分别为(4.56±0.74)mIU/L、(6.22±1.45)poml/L、(17.52±5.26)poml/L,对照组甲状腺功能中TSH、FT3、FT4水平分别为(5.28±0.98)m IU/L、(3.51±0.62)poml/L、(12.98±1.92)poml/L,各指标组间对比差异明显(P <0.05);观察组血清甲状腺自身抗体中TG-Ab、TPO-Ab水平分别为(346.37±147.52)IU/mL、(377.82±173.65)IU/mL,对照组血清甲状腺自身抗体中TG-Ab、TPO-Ab水平分别为(673.59±189.23)IU/mL、(674.85±178.01)IU/mL,各指标组间对比差异明显(P <0.05)。观察组中医症候评分中甲状腺肿、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷、颜面肢体浮肿水平分别为(0.70±0.62)、(0.66±0.61)、(0.53±0.64)、(0.22±0.52)分,对照组中医症候评分中甲状腺肿、神疲乏力、畏寒肢冷、颜面肢体浮肿水平分别为(1.25±0.78)、(0.88±0.74)、(0.71±0.82)、(0.57±0.41)分,中医症候评分组间对比差异明显(P <0.05);随访中,观察组患者满意度96.00%,对照组患者满意度88.00%,组间对比差异明显(P <0.05)。结论 柴归汤辅助优甲乐治疗效果良好,联合用药下能进一步改善患者甲状腺激素水平,恢复甲减状态,同时还能有效降低甲状腺抗体自身免疫水平,改善机体脂类代谢功能恢复,易被患者接受,临床应用价值确切。

Objective To analyze the intervention effect of Chaigui decoction assisted with Euthyrox in patients with thyroiditis and hypothyroidism.Methods Fifty patients with thyroiditis and hypothyroidism treated in our hospital in the past three years(January 2021 to February 2022) were selected to review the clinical data. 25 patients treated with Chaigui decoction and Euthyrox were taken as the observation group and 25 patients treated with Euthyrox alone were taken as the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the levels of TSH, FT3 and FT4 in the thyroid function of the observation group were(4.56±0.74) mIU/L,(6.22±1.45) poml/L,(17.52±5.26) poml/L, and the levels of TSH, FT3 and FT4in the thyroid function of the control group were(5.28±0.98) mIU/L,(3.51±0.62) poml/L,(12.98±1.92) poml/L, respectively. It can be seen that there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). The levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab in serum thyroid autoantibodies in the observation group were(346.37±147.52) IU/mL and(377.82±173.65) IU/mL respectively, and the levels of TG-Ab and TPO-Ab in serum thyroid autoantibodies in the control group were(673.59±189.23) IU/mL and(674.85±178.01) IU/mL respectively. It can be seen that there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Among the above indexes, there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). In the TCM symptom score of the observation group, the levels of goiter, fatigue, chilly limbs, and facial limb edema were(0.70±0.62),(0.66±0.61),(0.53±0.64),(0.22±0.52)respectively. In the TCM symptom score of the control group, the levels of goiter, fatigue, chilly limbs, and facial limb edema were(1.25±0.78),(0.88±0.74),(0.71±0.82),(0.57±0.41) respectively. It can be seen that there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). During the follow-up, the satisfaction of the patients in the observation group was 96.00%, and the satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 88.00%. It can be seen that there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Chaigui decoction combined with Euthyrox has a good therapeutic effect. It can further improve the thyroid hormone level of patients and restore the hypothyroidism state. At the same time, it can effectively reduce the level of thyroid antibody and autoimmunity, and improve the recovery of lipid metabolism. It is easy to be accepted by patients and has definite clinical application value.
