探讨导乐分娩镇痛仪应用于自然分娩第一产程中的镇痛效果

To Explore the Analgesic Effect of Doula Delivery Analgesia Instrument in the First Stage of Natural Delivery

目的 探讨分析导乐分娩镇痛仪应用于自然分娩第一产程中的镇痛效果。方法 本次研究从2019年12月开始,至2021年1月为止,通过计算机随机抽选的方式选择在上述时间段内我院进行治疗的自然分娩产妇30例作为入组成员,将其分为了两个组别,分别为使用常规的方式进行待产干预的对照组共15例,以及使用导乐分娩镇痛仪进行干预的观察组共15例,对比两组患者的临床指标、镇痛效果、并发症率以及心理状况。结果 观察组的各项临床数值均小于对照组(P <0.05);观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);观察组发生的并发症概率明显低于对照组(P <0.05);治疗前两组患者的心理状况没有差异(P> 0.05),治疗后观察的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 对自然分娩的产妇在其第一产程之中使用导乐分娩镇痛仪进行干预,患者所承受的疼痛得到了非常明显的缓解与控制,并且缩短了患者的第一产程的时间,患者产后的出血量以及其并发症发生的概率也得到了非常明显的降低。

Objective To explore and analyze the analgesic effect of Doula delivery analgesia instrument in the first stage of natural delivery.Methods From December 2019 to January 2021, 30 parturients with natural delivery treated in our hospital during the above-mentioned time period were selected by computer random selection as members of the study. They were divided into two groups: the control group with routine intervention, a total of 15 cases, and 15 cases in the observation group were intervened with Doula delivery analgesia instrument. The clinical indexes, analgesic effect,complication rate and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The clinical values of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The probability of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). There was no difference in psychological status between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05), and the SAS and SDS scores observed after treatment in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Doula delivery analgesia instrument is used to intervene in the first stage of labor of parturient women who give birth naturally. The pain suffered by patients has been significantly alleviated and controlled, and the time of the first stage of labor has been shortened, the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and the probability of complications have also been significantly reduced.
