个体化综合护理对氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗小儿肺炎临床疗效的影响

Influence of Individualized Comprehensive Nursing Care on the Clinical Efficacy of Oxygen-driven Nebulized Inhalation of Budesonide in the Treatment of Children with Pneumonia

目的 对小儿肺炎应用布地奈德氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗中个体化综合护理应用的效果进行观察。方法 选取本院106例肺炎患儿,病例选取时间为2019年1月至2020年1月,所有患者均实施布地奈德氧气驱动雾化吸入治疗,根据随机抽签法将患儿分为对照组(n=53,常规护理)与观察组(n=53,个体化综合护理),对两组患儿症状缓解时间、护理效果等指标进行对比。结果 在发热、肺部啰音、咳嗽、肺部炎症及喘憋等症状、体征缓解时间方面,观察组均短于对照组(P <0.05);护理总有效率对比,观察组(90.57%)高于对照组(77.36%)(χ^(2)=6.462,P <0.05)。结论 在氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗肺炎患儿期间,个体化综合护理措施的应用,对患儿症状缓解有加速作用,可促使患儿治疗效果得到提升,护理质量较高,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of individualized comprehensive nursing application in the treatment of infantile pneumonia with budesonide oxygen-driven nebulization inhalation. Methods A total of 106 children with pneumonia in our hospital were selected. The case selection period was from January 2019 to January 2020. All patients were treated with budesonide oxygen-driven nebulized inhalation therapy.The children were divided into control groups according to random drawing(n=53, conventional nursing) and the observation group(n=53,individualized comprehensive nursing), the two groups of children with symptoms relief time, nursing effect and other indicators were compared.Results In terms of fever, pulmonary rales, cough, lung inflammation and wheezing and other symptoms and signs, the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the total effective rate of nursing, the observation group(90.57%) Is higher than the control group(77.36%)(χ^(2)=6.462, P<0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of children with pneumonia by oxygen-driven aerosol inhalation of budesonide,the application of individualized comprehensive nursing measures can accelerate the symptom relief of the children, promote the improvement of the treatment effect of the children, and the quality of care is high, which is worthy of promotion.
