护理干预对妊高征产妇护理效果的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Nursing Effect of Pregnant Women with Hypertension

目的 探讨护理干预对妊高征产妇护理效果的影响。方法 选取2017年2月至2018年2月在我院接受治疗的68例妊高征产妇,采用随机数表法分为对照组(n=34)与观察组(n=34),对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理。比较两组产妇不良妊娠结局、新生儿生存质量以及护理满意度。结果 干预后,观察组SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05);观察组难产发生率2.94%、先兆子痫发生率0、子痫发生率5.88%,均低于对照组的17.65%、11.76%、26.47%(P <0.05);观察组新生儿生存质量显著优于对照组(P <0.05);观察组护理满意度为97.06%,显著高于对照组的82.35%(P <0.05)。结论 在妊高征产妇中实施优质护理,可明显降低不良妊娠结局的发病率,改善新生儿生存质量,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention on nursing effect of pregnant women with hypertension. Methods Sixtyeight pregnant women treated in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into the control group(n=34) and the observation group(n=34). The control group received routine nursing and the observation group received high-quality nursing. The adverse pregnancy outcomes, neonatal quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of dystocia,preeclampsia and eclampsia in the observation group were 2.94%, 0 and 5.88%, which were lower than 17.65%, 11.76% and 26.47% in the control group(P<0.05). The quality of life of newborns in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.06%, which was significantly higher than 82.35% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of high-quality nursing in pregnant women with high pregnant syndrome can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve the quality of life of newborns, and improve nursing satisfaction.
