实现残疾人共同富裕应当从人的二重性存在境遇加以考量,而人的二重性存在境遇决定了实现残疾人共同富裕不仅是从客体层面解决物质生活和精神生活的富裕问题,也要从主体层面对残疾人自我实现的超越性维度予以观照。从人的二重性存在境遇出发,实现残疾人共同富裕还面临着较为严峻的现实状况亟待解决。从实践路径上看,实现残疾人共同富裕需要从社会保障体系、公共服务设施、文化产品规模、文化人才队伍、就业扶持政策、残疾人价值观念等方面入手,同时也要着眼于通过各类扶持政策实现残疾人共同富裕的代际传递。
