摘要
滨海核电厂一般以大海作为最终热阱,采取多重措施防止异物侵入,保障取水安全。生产实践表明,一些海洋生物和杂物可以突破这些措施威胁核电机组的安全稳定运行,设置取水拦污网是降低冷源安全风险的有效手段。结合国内多个滨海核电厂取水拦污网项目实践,从工程设计的角度出发,分析了拦污网的功能需求,研究确定了拦污网的功能定位和设计原则,提出了“3+n”的标准化设计方案,并针对相关设计要点进行了详细论述。
The sea is generally adopted as the ultimate heat sink for coastal nuclear power plants.Multiple protection measures have been taken to prevent the invasion of foreign matters,thus ensuring the safety of water intake.However,the production practice shows that some marine organisms and sundries can break those protection measures and threat the safe and stable operation of nuclear power units.The installation of trash-intercepting net is an effective means to reduce the risk of cooling waterintake safety.Based on the engineering practice of trash-intercepting nets of water intake projects in several domestic coastal nuclear power plants,the functional requirements and orientations and design principles have been analyzed,studied and determined from the perspective of engineering design.Moreover,a standard‘3+n’design scheme has been proposed,and relevant design points have been discussed in detail.
