摘要 为解决航道工程计量支付管理中存在的空间跨度大、环境条件恶劣、周期性变化、安全风险高等问题,提升航道工程计量支付管理效率,文章分析了航道工程计量支付特点,采用项目管理与BIM技术、信息化技术相结合的方法,提出了基于BIM云平台的计量支付管理思路,并以长江某航道整治工程为依托,搭建了基于BIM的云平台,进行了基于BIM云平台的航道工程计量支付管理方法的实践应用,实现了基于BIM的图形交互式和多方协同式的计量支付管理,促进了航道工程项目精细化管理水平提升,为航道工程项目的计量支付管理提供一种新思路。 In order to solve the problems of large space span,bad environmental conditions,periodic changes and high safety risks in the measurement and payment management of waterway engineering,and improve the efficiency of measurement and payment management of waterway engineering,this paper analyzes the characteristics of measurement and payment of waterway engineering,and adopts the method of combining project management with BIM technology and information technology,this paper puts forward the idea of measurement and payment management based on BIM cloud platform,builds a BIM cloud platform based on a channel regulation project of the Yangtze River,carries out the practical application of measurement and payment management method of channel project based on BIM cloud platform,and realizes the graphical interactive and multiparty collaborative measurement and payment management based on BIM,it promotes the improvement of refined management level of waterway engineering projects and provides a new idea for measurement and payment management of waterway engineering projects.
