摘要
在深入调研的基础上,利用定性综合集成方法对我国数字档案馆建设现状进行梳理,构建数字档案馆建设影响因素体系,并通过DEMATEL模型识别出我国数字档案馆建设的关键影响因素。经测算,识别出8个关键影响因素,并从基础理论、实践应用、保障体系、法律规范4个方面提出了具有针对性的数字档案馆建设的控制策略,以期为各级数字档案馆建设提供一些借鉴和参考。
On the basis of in-depth research,this article uses qualitative comprehensive integration methods to sort out the current situation of our country's digital Archives construction,builds a system of influencing factors of digital Archives construction,and identifies the key influences of our country's digital Archives construction through the DEMATEL model factor.After calculation,8 key influencing factors were identified,and a targeted control strategy for the construction of digital Archives was proposed from four aspects:basic theory,practical application,security system,laws and regulations.It is expected to provide some references for the construction of digital Archives at all levels.
