档案科技成果的转化是一项系统工程,既需要人、财、物的支撑,也需要思路、方法和策略,必须推动联手攻关,合作共赢,创设档案科技成果转化的条件,探索档案科技成果转化的渠道,夯实档案科技成果转化应用的支撑,方能事半功倍。各级档案主管部门要在档案科技项目立项评奖、推广应用方面突出强调实用性、有效性;档案科技项目研究的主力军高校教师要真正深入实践、走进一线,进行真调研、发现真问题;各级档案学会应发挥组织牵线搭桥功能,加强高校主力军与档案一线实践部门之间的沟通与联系,从而不断提升档案科技成果的转化率,使之真正有力支撑档案事业发展。
