超声造影在肝细胞癌非手术治疗效果评估中的作用

Role of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in assessing response to non-surgical treatments for hepatocellular carcinoma

摘要 肝癌是2020年全球第三大癌症死亡原因。目前肝细胞癌有手术治疗和非手术治疗两种治疗方式,治疗后的疗效评估对于患者预后非常重要。超声造影、CT、MRI是常用的评估手段。笔者对比分析了超声造影与CT、MRI在评估肝细胞癌非手术治疗效果方面的特点,总结了超声造影在肝细胞癌非手术治疗效果评估中的作用。
