摘要 华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院光谷院区质子大楼项目存在设计协调难度大、设备与预埋安装精度要求高、机电交叉施工难点多等问题,通过引入BIM技术辅助设计施工,研究切实有效的应用方法,基于BIM技术进行正向设计优化、管控成本核算,深化质子机房钢筋,优化质子机房预埋碰撞问题,并控制净高、深化综合支吊架,深化设计图纸,应用BIM技术显著提升项目质量、安全、成本效益。 In the construction of proton building project, Tongji Hospital Guanggu area, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, there are many problems, such as difficulty in design coordination, strict requirement for equipment and pre-embedded installation precision, and difficulties in electromechanical cross construction. BIM technology was introduced to assist design and construction, and practical and effective application methods were studied. Based on BIM technology, forward design optimization and cost accounting were carried out. The reinforcement of proton room was deepened, and the pre-embedded collision problem of proton room was optimized. The net height was controlled, the comprehensive support and hanger as well as the design of drawings were deepened. By using BIM technology, the quality, safety and cost of the project have all been improved.
