摘要
华中科技大学同济医院光谷院区配套项目(质子大楼)配备小型化质子加速器,建成后将成为国内首个正式运营的超小型质子中心。为满足防辐射的需要,质子机房采用容重为32kN/m^(3)的重混凝土,同时满足大体积混凝土防辐射、抗渗漏、低收缩、高密度、高均匀性等特殊要求。通过混凝土原材料控制、配合比设计优化、混凝土生产、测温及养护等措施,可保证小型化质子加速器防辐射大体积重混凝土的施工质量。
The proton building project of Guanggu Tongji Hospital of Wuhan is equipped with a miniaturized proton accelerator,it will become the first ultra⁃small proton center in operation in China upon its completion of construction.In order to meet the needs of radiation protection,heavy concrete with a bulk density of 32kN/m^(3) was adopted in the proton room.Meanwhile,the special requirements of large⁃volume concrete with thick wall plates,such as radiation protection,leakage resistance,low shrinkage,high density and high uniformity,were taken into consideration.Through controling concrete raw materials,designing the optimization of mix proportion,producing concrete,measuring temperature and maintenance,to ensure the construction quality of radiation⁃proof large⁃volume and heavy concrete of miniaturized proton accelerator.
